— Five Vocational Tracks

Real skills. Measurable income. No credentials required.

Each track is mapped to a specific market and ends when your business sustains itself — not when class hours are logged.

/ What We Teach

Five tracks. Each tied to an income outcome.

Information Technology

Agriculture

Tailoring

Avg. income: +45% in first season
Avg. income: self-employed in 4 months
Avg. income: +60% in 6 months

Digital skills, data entry, and freelance tech work. Participants leave with a client and a rate, not just a certificate.

Soil management, crop planning, and market-ready yields. Training runs through the first harvest, not just the classroom.

Pattern-making, garment construction, and client acquisition. Graduates operate their own shops, not just fill factory seats.

Construction Trades

Entrepreneurship

Avg. income: contracted within 3 months
Avg. outcome: operating business in 6 months

Masonry, plumbing, and electrical basics. Participants graduate with a documented work portfolio and introductions to local contractors.

Business planning, financial literacy, and market entry. Support continues through the first operating quarter, not just launch day.

▸ Who Can Apply

No prior credentials. No prior employment.

Mentorship continues through your first operating season. We step back only when the income is steady.

Programs are open to underserved youth, women seeking economic independence, and community members without formal qualifications. Willingness to complete the full cycle — including the post-training operating season — is the only requirement.
